Our Return & Exchange Promise
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order, provided the items are:
- In original, unused condition
- In their original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Note on Non-Returnable Items: For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on spurs & spur straps once they’ve been used or removed from their original packaging. All other products (ranch saddles, roping dummies, saddle pads, and stirrups) are eligible for return if conditions above are met.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

- Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the unused item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
- Ship It Back: Send the package to our Boston address (provided in your RMA email) using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
- Wait for Processing: Once received, we’ll inspect the item and process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Refund Information
Once your return is approved and processed:
- Timing: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
