Shipping Information

Order Processing: We saddle up and process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Options:

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx – arrives in 10-15 business days after shipping
  • Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS – arrives in 15-25 business days after shipping

International Orders: We ship worldwide (excluding certain Asian and remote regions). International customers may be subject to customs fees upon delivery.

Our Return & Exchange Promise

While we’re confident you’ll love our handpicked western gear as much as we do, we understand that sometimes a saddle doesn’t fit quite right. That’s why we offer a fair 15-day return window from the date you receive your order.

Important Note: For safety and hygiene reasons, spurs & spur straps cannot be returned once used or removed from original packaging. All other products (ranch saddles, roping dummies, saddle pads, and stirrups) are eligible for return if conditions below are met.

Return Requirements:

  • Items must be in original, unused condition
  • All original packaging and tags must be included
  • Proof of purchase required
  • Must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer care team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our template below to ensure we get all the necessary information.
  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the unused item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
  4. Ship It Back: Send the package to our Boston address (provided in your RMA email) using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
  5. Wait for Processing: Once received, we’ll inspect the item and process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Refund Information

  • Timing: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Method: Refunds will be issued via your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Exchanges: For exchanges, we’ll ship the replacement item once the return is received. Additional shipping charges may apply if the new item has higher shipping costs.

Damaged or Defective Items
